Fingerprint memorial jewelry items are custom-made jewelry, made one piece at a time per our customer's request. Because these items cannot be put back into an inventory and resold we cannot accept returns. 

If it is found that we have made a mistake on your order we will replace the item at no cost with the return of the incorrect item.

Please understand it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct ring size. No ring is ever made with the intent to correct the size after finishing. If a ring size is off 1 full size or more, resizing is not an option and the ring would need to be reordered in the correct size. 

 If it is found that have made the mistake on your order we will replace the fingerprint memorial jewelry item at no cost with the return of the incorrect item. 

We often hear "It is a surprise gift and I didn't want to give away the surprise" Let the uniqueness, customization, and quality of the ring they know is coming be the surprise. Do not have the surprise be a ring that does not fit and is being returned at scrap metal prices. 

Ring size is so easy to get right and so expensive to get wrong. Please make it easy on all involved and find the correct ring size needed before ordering. 

Many local department store have jewelry counters where your ring size can be found. All jewelry shops can check your ring size. It only takes a few minutes to have your size checked. Please have your size checked before ordering. We do not like when customers order the wrong ring size. Please understand rings ordered in the wrong ring size is your error.

Jim Little Jewelry uses metals supplied by some of the largest and most trustworthy metal suppliers in the USA for all of its fingerprint memorial jewelry. All precious metals (golds and silvers) used is exactly what it is supposed to be. We do not use recycled metals unless it is at our customer's request.

Please understand it is your responsibility to know if you have reactions to specific metals in your jewelry. Jim Little Jewelry simply has no idea if you have reactions to metal used in the making of your fingerprint memorial jewelry. Most common issues are reaction to copper in sterling silver and reaction to nickel in white gold. There are alternatives to silver with copper and white gold with nickel. Please ask for information, if needed. 

There is an endless amount of information on the internet for jewelry care by meteorologist with many degrees on the subject. Please do a search for metal care and issues. 

For instance. If your sterling silver is turning black, simply search "Sterling silver is turning black". You will find plenty of sources to help you correct and avoid that issue. By the way, if sterling is turning black that is a chemical reaction with something that has come into contact with the sterling silver. Usually that is some specific cleaner, perfume or other chemical.  Your memorial item from fingerprint memorial jewelry will stay new and fresh with minimal care for the metal.

Included in all purchases is free Priority or First Class shipping in the USA. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package has been scanned in at the post office, Jim Little Jewelry  responsibility for the package with you fingerprint memorial jewelry has ended and the post office responsibility has begun. If during that time, if there is an issue with your package you will need to contact the post office directly with your tracking number. You will be offered the option to purchase additional insurance for your memorial item shipment. If you feel the need to purchase insurance for you shipment, please purchase insurance.
